How Long Does 2houses Keep Messages?

Short answer
For as long as the account exists. 2houses says its messages can't be deleted: conversations can be archived or printed, but under no circumstances deleted. Its privacy page adds that you can export a backup of your account from the subscription page, and that a whole account's data can be deleted on request by email. So the record is there to be printed or exported; do that before anyone closes the account.
An app that keeps every message is only useful if the record leaves the app when you need it.
What 2houses' own pages say
- Messages can't be deleted; conversations can be archived or printed instead.
- Messaging covers the other parent, your children and a mediator, all in the account.
- You can export a backup of your account from the subscription page, to keep your own archive.
- The whole account's data can be deleted on request, by email to 2houses.
Keeping a copy for court
- Export the account backup and print the conversations that matter, with their dates.
- Do it again before a hearing, so the copy is current.
- Keep the file you exported unchanged, and work from a copy.
